摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对血液透析患者生活质量的影响。方法:对61例维持性血液透析患者进行认知干预、饮食指导、心理干预、运动干预、关注社会和家庭支持,采用KDQOL-SFTM量表进行生存质量评分,于护理干预前后进行问卷调查。结果:护理干预前后患者的生存质量在KDTA和SF-36总分有显著性差异(P<0.05),KDTA的7个分支领域和SF-36的6个分支领域有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预措施可提高维持性血液透析患者生活质量。Objective ：To discuss the influence of nursing intervention on the quality of life in patients with hemodialysis. Methods ：61 patients with hemodialysis were given nursing intervention , ineluded：reeognition intervention, dietary guidance , mental intervention, sport intervention,social and family support, to evaluate the quality of life by KDQOLSFTM and given questionnaire investigated brfore and after intervention. Results ：There was remarkable different in the grade of KDTA and total grades of SF -36 brfore and after intervention, there was remarkable different in seven field of KDTA and six field of SF - 36 （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Nursing intervention could improve the quality of life in patients with hemodialysis.
