摘 要:目的:探讨早期胃肠内营养对重型颅脑损伤患者相关并发症的影响。方法:选择重型颅脑损伤患者100例,随机分为两组,观察组50例在入院或术后24h内插管鼻饲进食,对照组50例在入院或术后24h后插管鼻饲进食。比较两组患者发生腹泻、上消化道出血、院内感染等情况。结果:观察组出现上消化道出血和院内感染明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重型颅脑损伤患者尽早实施胃肠内营养,可以减轻应激性溃疡的发生,预防上消化道出血,增强机体抵抗力,预防院内感染的发生。Objective : Study on the effect of early enteral nutrition related complications in patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods: 100 patients with severe craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group (n = 50) were hospitalized or in the 24 h postoperative nasogastric intubation feeding, the control group ( n = 50) were hospitalized or in postoperative nasogastric intubation feeding after 24 h. to observe and compare happened diarrhea in two groups, upper gastrointestinal bleeding, nosocomial infections and so on. compared the effect of early enteral nutrition on related complications in patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Results : Emergence of observation group of upper gastrointestinal bleeding and nosocomial infection was significantly lower than the control group, the difference has statistical significance ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion : Patients with severe brain injury as soon as possible the implementation of enteral nutrition, it could reduce the occurrence of stress ulcer, prevention of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, strengthen the body resistance to prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infections.
