天镇汤预防性治疗偏头痛痰瘀证的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察天镇汤对偏头痛痰瘀证的临床疗效。方法:67例偏头痛痰瘀证患者,随机分为两组:观察组给予中药天镇汤,早晚2次口服,每次150ml;对照组给予西比灵胶囊,每次10mg,睡前服用。3个月为1个疗程。结果:观察组预防偏头痛发生的临床总有效率70.6%,明显优于对照组(42.4%),差异有显著性意义(χ2=5.41,P=0.02)。观察组在改善焦虑和/或抑郁症方面与对照组比较差异有显著性意义(χ2=4.35,P=0.03)。结论:天镇汤可有效预防性治疗偏头痛痰瘀证,能有效降低偏头痛发作频率、缩短每次头痛持续时间,减轻头痛程度及改善患者伴随症状、焦虑和/或抑郁症,且不良反应发生率低。Objective： To investigate the preventive effect of Tianzhen decoction on migraine with blood and hlegm stasis syndrome. Methods：67 patients were randomly divided into treatment group receiving Tianzhen decoction, twice a day, control group receiving sibeline caps, once a day. Results： There was significant difference between Tianzhen decoction group（70.59%） and sibeline caps group（42.42%） about total effective rate（χ^2=5.4110,P=0.02）.Tianzhen decoction could effectively amendment anxiety-depression（χ^2=4.35,P=0.03）. Conclusion： Tianzhen decoction could effectively shorten headache duration, alleviate headache level and cumulative time as well as amendment simultaneous phenomenon and anxiety-depression, no obvious adverse reaction was found, which was suitable for migraine with blood and hlegm stasis syndrome.
