摘  要:目的:探讨脂汰清颗粒对实验性高脂血症兔一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法:将新西兰兔随机选取10只作空白对照组,喂普通饲料;其余按高脂饲料配方1饲喂6周,制成高脂血症模型,再随机分为模型组、脂汰清治疗组、辛伐他汀对照组、山楂精降脂片对照组。从第7周开始,正常组喂全价营养饲料,余组改喂高脂饲料配方2。同时,脂汰清组及两对照组分别给相应溶化药物,空白组和模型组给等量生理盐水,灌胃,连续11周后检测总胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白AI(ApoAI)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、NO。结果:脂汰清组可显著降低CHO、LDL-C、ApoB(P<0.05或P<0.01),升高HDL-C(P<0.05)。结论:脂汰清颗粒对实验性高脂血症兔血脂代谢指标和血管内皮舒张功能障碍均有调节作用。Objective: To investigate the effects of ZhiTaiqing granula on NO in rabbits with experimental Hyperlipemia. Methods: New Zealand rabbits weighting 1.5-2.0 kg,10 were randomly selected as blank control group and feed with normal foods, the rest rabbits were fed with high fat formula 1. After six weeks, hyperlipemia models were established,then they were randomly divided into model group, ZhiTaiqing treatment group, Simvastatin control group, and Shanzhajing- JiangzhiPian control group. From the seventh week, rabbits in normal group were fed with the nutrient foods of the full price, while the rest rabbits were fed with high fat foods formula 2. At the same time, the treatment groups were administered with corresponding drugs and the blank and model groups were administered with saline. 11 weeks later, the contents of CHO, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, ApoAI, ApoB, NO were determined. Results: ZhiTaiqing can significantly decrease the contents of CHO, LDL-C, ApoB(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01)and increase HDL-C level(P〈0.05). Conclusions: ZhiTaiqing granula have regulatory effect on liquid metabolism indicators and endothelial dysfunction in rabbits with experimental hyperlipemia.
