地龙活性蛋白对免疫造血功能的影响及其抗肿瘤作用

摘　　要：目的:探索地龙活性蛋白的免疫、造血功能和抗肿瘤作用。方法:给小鼠接种肿瘤细胞后随机分为灌服地龙活性蛋白给药组,同法同等剂量清水对照组,连续服用20d。观察动物的肿瘤发生率、存活率、生存期、生存动态曲线、抑瘤率、巨噬细胞吞噬功能、淋巴细胞转化、B细胞反应、造血祖细胞变化。结果:给药组动物的肿瘤发生率低于对照组(20.0%-33.3%),存活率高于对照组(20.0%-39.0%),生存期明显延长;生存动态曲线明显抬高;抑瘤率为27.0%-48.0%。并提高巨噬细胞吞噬功能,促进淋巴细胞转化,增强B细胞反应;对骨髓造血祖细胞的功能有明显促进。结论:提示地龙活性蛋白可用于肿瘤患者辅助治疗。Objective： To observe the inhibitory effect on cancer of Earthworm active protein （EWAP） Its promoting effect on immunological and hemopoietic function. Method： Liver cancer （H22） cells were inoculated i.p. to BACB/C mice to make ascites cancer. After inoculation the animals were divided randomly into the Earth worm active protein （EWAP） treated group and the pure water control group. Experiments were going in duration of 20 days. The tumor incidence, the survival rate and life span and the survival dynamic curve of the animals, the inhibitory rate of tumor, the immunological and hemopoietic function were observed. Result： The tumor incidence decreased by20.0%-33.3% ,the survival rate was increased by 20.0%-42%, the life span was prolonged for 3-12 days, the dynamic survival curve were raised.The inhibitory rate of tumor was 27.0%-48.0%. The hemopoietic progenitor （GM-CFU） was promoted by EWAP. It could also promote phagocyte function and enhance T and B cells functions. Conclusion： EWAP could be used as an effective auxiliary drug for the treatment of cancer patients.
