摘　　要：目的观察甘精胰岛素对围手术期糖尿病患者高血糖治疗的有效性、安全性和患者的依从性。方法选择40例接受外科及妇科手术的糖尿病患者,于围手术期禁食水时,应用甘精胰岛素注射液(来得时)皮下注射,观察用药前后血糖控制水平、低血糖发生率和患者依从性。结果应用甘精胰岛素后患者血糖较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),发生1次低血糖事件。结论对于围手术期禁食水的糖尿病患者,甘精胰岛素是一种有效、安全且患者易于接受的药物。Objective To observe the effect, security and survivability of insulin glargine on hyperglycemia levels during perioperative period. Methods 40 patients with diabetes who prepared to accept surgical and gynecological surgery were treated with insulin glargine（Latus） in the perioperative application of water fasting. The blood glucose levels,incidence of hypoglycemia and survivability were observed. Results There was a significant decrease of blood glucose levels after using insulin glargine（P〈0.05）, one low blood glucose event occurred, Conclusion Insulin glargine is an effective, safe and digestible drug for the patients with diabetes who prepare to accept surgery.
