疏肝和胃汤治疗功能性消化不良的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察疏肝和胃汤治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法将86例患者随机分为2组,治疗组40例,采用疏肝和胃汤口服;对照组36例,应用枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗。15 d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为72.2%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论疏肝和胃汤治疗功能性消化不良疗效较好。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of course liver and regulate stomach decoction on functional dyspepsia （FD）. Methods Eighty-six patients who had been diagnosed as FD were divided into 2 groups randomly：therapeutic group （40 cases） treated by course liver and regulate stomach decoction,control group （36 cases） treated by citric acid mosapride, the course of treatment was 15 d,2 courses for each group. Results Total effective rates of therapeutic group and control group were 90% and 72.2% respectively （ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of course liver and regulate stomach decoction on FD is good.
