对供电企业防范电费回收风险问题的思考

摘　　要：电费回收一直是供电企业所面临的一大难题。针对拖欠电费产生的原因,结合当前电力经营形势,供电企业应从制度、服务、机制、对策和法制等方面积极采取多元化的电费回收方式,全方位摆脱电力公司电费回收难的困境,促进电力公司的健康发展。The electricity fees - collecting has been a great problem which the power- supply enterprise faces. In view of the cause for the electricity fees in arrears with collecting and the current situation of power management, the power- supply enterprise should actively adopt multiplex methods of collecting electricity fees frotn the aspects of system, service, mechanism, countermeasure, legal system and so on. Thus, it can switch wide on every side the dilemma of the enterprise＇ s difficulty in collecting electricity fees and promote the healthy development of dectricity companies.
