摘  要:根据分区电价管理目标,提出以节点地理位置、负荷水平和潮流转移因子作为节点的特征量,借助多元统计分析中的聚类方法,提出一种基于两阶段聚类方法的电价区域划分方法,以快速准确地获得稳定、合理的电价区域。IEEE14节点和某实际系统的计算结果验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。Zonal pricing theory is proposed to provide a accurate price signal as a simplification of nodal pricing or complication of unique pricing. In the operation of electricity power market, the rational and accurate partitioning of price zones will be the premise to obtain the object of zonal pricing management. To achieve the goal of zonal pricing, the paper took node geographic position, load and power flow transfer distribution factors as features of node, by means of two-step clustering method for realizing stable and rational price zone partition quickly and accurately. Case study of IEEE 14 node system and a practical system in China showed the proposed zone definition method is effective and practical.
