摘  要:目的 研究不同性别人群体重指数与身体脂肪含量及分布的关系。方法采用Hologic QDR4500W型骨密度仪对188名受检者的身体成份进行测量,计算出身体脂肪含量、肌肉含量、矿物质含量、躯干脂肪百分比及躯干脂肪占全身总量百分比。同时测量体重及身高,计算出体重指数。采用线性相关分析研究身体脂肪含量、肌肉含量、矿物质含量、躯干脂肪百分比及躯干脂肪占全身总量百分比与体重指数间的相关关系,计算回归方程系数。结果男女性间体重指数不存在差别,但身体成份构成存在明显不同。男性中体重指数与身体脂肪含量、肌肉含量和矿物质含量均呈中等相关关系,而在女性矿物质含量与体重指数不相关。回归方程中在男性身体脂肪含量、肌肉含量和矿物质含量三个指标均进入方程,而女性仅脂肪含量一个指标进入方程。结论男女两性间身体成份构成存在着明显差别。体重指数与身体脂肪含量及分布呈一般相关关系。相比男性,体重指数更适合于描述女性脂肪代谢情况。Objective To study the relationship of body mass index with the body composing and fat distribution. Methods The body composing of 188 candidates was measured with Hologic QDR 4500W Dual-energy X-ray absorptiom- etry. The data about body composing such as fat, lean, bone mineral content, the percentage of trunk fat and the ratio of trunk fat to whole body substance composing were studied, and calculate the body mass index (BMI). The relationship between BMI and body fat, lean, bone mineral composing, the percentage of trunk fat, the ratio of trunk fat to whole body were calculated by SPSS (ver 11.5). The regression coefficients were calculated too. Results There is no difference between men and women in BMI, but the body composing is difference. There is middle relationship between BMI and fat, lean and bone mineral content in men, but no relationship between BMI and bone mineral content in women. Three factors, fat, lean and bone mineral content, enter the regression equation in men, but in women, only factor of fat enter the equation. Conclusion There are more differences in body composing between men and women. There is middle rela- tionship between BMI to fat composing and distribution. Compare with men, BMI is most fit to describe the fat metabolism in women.
