鱼腥草等中药注射液体外抗菌活性测定方法的初步探讨

摘　　要：采用管碟法、试管法、活菌计数法对鱼腥草等中药注射液体外抗菌活性进行测定，结果表明采用活菌计数法，用原液可以测出用管碟法所不能测出的中药抑菌作用。在１／２浓度中，试管法只能测出２０％试验药中的抑菌作用，而活菌计数法则测出所有试验药的抑菌作用。Tube plate method,tube dilution method and viable count method were used to determine the inhibitory activity of traditional Chinese medicine injection in vitro,such as Houttuynia Cordata Thunb etc.The results showed that original solution with viable count method can determine the inhibitory action of Chinese medicines which cant be determined with tube plate method.In 1/2 concentration,tube dilution method can only determine the inhibitory action of experimental medicines of 20 percent,viable count method can determine the inhibitory action of all experimental medicines to bacteria.
