摘  要:以阳离子淀粉为主体,考察添加水性环氧树脂和交联剂后对瓦楞纸性能的影响,优化配比及添加量,制备出新型瓦楞纸增强剂,并对其进行应用研究。研究结果表明:质量分数1%的阳离子淀粉溶液和质量分数1%的水性环氧树脂溶液在m(CS)︰m(E-44)=10︰1条件下复配,再添加占其总质量分数8%的咪唑溶液(质量分数0.1%),得到较优新型瓦楞纸增强剂(固含量为1%)。添加占湿浆(含绝干纸浆25%)质量分数为50%的新型瓦楞纸增强剂,抄纸后得到纸张的环亚强度为348N/m(较空白231 N/m提高50.6%)、耐折强度47次(较空白12次提高291.6%)、拉力83.5 N(较空白48.5 N提高72.2%)。Using cationic amylum as main boby, influences of adding the water-based epoxy resin and cross-linking agent on the capability of the corrugated cardboard were reviewed. After optimizing mixture ratio and dosage, novel strengthening agent for the corrugated cardboard was. prepared, then it's applications were researched. The results showed that:the mass fraction 1% cationic starch solution and the mass fraction 1% water-based epoxy resin solution were mixed in fixed proportions m(cs):m(E-44)=10:1 ,then adding the total quality Score 8% imidazole solution(mass fraction 0.1%), novel strengthening agent for the corrugated cardboard(1% solid content)was gained. After adding mass fraction 50% novel strengthening agent for the corrugated into the wet pulp(dry pulp with 25%), the strength of the paper after papermaking is Me-34g N/m (blank 231 N/m and increasing by 50.6%).folding strength is 47 times(blank 12 times and increasing by 291.6%) ,the Rally is 83.5N(blank 48.5N and increasing by 72.2%).
