摘　　要：方言特征词是最具方言特色的词语。方言的特征词既有大区方言共享的特征词,也有小片方言自有的特征词。与大区方言特征词的比较研究侧重于同质性的目的不同,小片方言特征词的提炼则是为了探索该片方言词汇的独特性。对海南闽语词汇的田野调查结果显示,海南闽语中有一批颇具特色的方言语词,堪称海南闽语的特征词。Feature words are most characteristic of the vocabulary of a vernacular. Different than stressing genea-logical lines as is done by comparing feature words of a Pan-Min nature, the extraction of feature words pertaining to Hainan Min dialect is aimed at revealing its peculiarity. The field investigation conducted by the author, indeed, shows that there are a number of words in the Hainan Min glossary that are peculiar enough to be rated as its own distinctive feature words.
