烟气酸露点温度的计算分析

摘　　要：迄今所有的电站锅炉设计计算给出的烟气酸露点与实测值偏差较大。对此,针对某电厂实际燃用煤种和运行工况,通过现场实测数据与计算结果的比较,得出烟气酸露点计算的主要影响因素,并提出修正后的计算公式。研究结果有一定的工程应用价值。Up to present, the flue gas acid dew - point given out from calculation in all utility boilers ＇ designs has comparatively larger deviation from the actually measured value. For this reason, directing against the practically fired coal sort and operation performance in one power plant,and through comparion of actually measured data with the results of calculation,the main factors affecting the acid dew -point calculation of flue gas have been obtained, and a corrected calculation formula being put forward.
