摘  要:针对北方联合电力有限责任公司近年投运的某些亚临界300MW和600MW汽轮发电机组在试运行过程中出现的一些振动问题,如低压转子轴承轴振动偏大、轴承座振动偏大,高中压转子带大负荷时发生蒸汽激振导致1号、2号轴承突发低频振动,发电机轴承座绝缘不良引起的振动测量误差等,介绍了振动特征,并对振动原因进行了分析,提出了现场消除振动故障的一些处理措施。Some sub -critical 300 MW and 600 MW turbogenerator units, which were put into operation in recent years by North United Electric Power Corporation, Ltd. , have undergone vibration problems. These vibration problems include over - vibration of low - pressure rotor bearing chock, sudden low - frequency vibration of No. 1 and No. 2 bearings due to the vibration of high - or medium- pressure rotor excited by steam under heavy load,and vibration measuring error because of defective insulation of generator bearing chocks. This paper describes the features of the vibrations in the units, analyzes the causes of vibration, and summarizes the field treatments for reducing these vibrations.
