摘 要:对不知火杂柑叶片黄化症特征及其显现过程中叶片和果实中锌、铁、铜、锰、硼、钾、钙和镁含量变化进行了研究.结果表明:(1)不知火杂柑叶片黄化症特征为新梢丛生、叶脉间"肋骨"状黄斑明显,叶面积、叶绿素a+b含量均显著小于正常叶,而类胡萝卜含量显著高于正常叶.(2)不知火杂柑和柑叶片与果实锌含量总体均呈相似的下降趋势,7月20日-9月20日期间不知火杂柑叶片锌含量均显著低于柑(p=0.015,<0.05,=0.022),且9月20日不知火杂柑叶片锌含量处于低量范围.(3)两品种间叶片和果实铜、锰和镁含量,叶片铁、硼和钾含量,果实钙含量变化趋势较一致,但与对应锌动态均无明显的对应关系;果实膨大期间内不知火杂柑果实钾和硼均出现显著下降,而柑对应含量均趋于稳定,此时期内柑叶片钙积累明显,而不知火杂柑对应含量变化小.(4)9月20日不知火杂柑叶片钙和镁含量均显著低于柑(p=0.02,=0.031),且亦均处于低量水平.根据以上分析认为:不知火杂柑叶片黄化影响其矿质元素的吸收,此黄化症的出现除与锌营养相对缺乏有关外,还与镁和钙元素的相对不足有着密切的联系.In this paper, characteristics of leaf chlorosis symptom of shiranuhi and changes in contents of zinc (Zn), iron(Fe), copper(Cu), manganese(Mn), boron(B), potassium(K), calcium(Ca) and magnesium(Mg) in leaves and fruits of shiranuhi ( Citrus reticulata × ( C. reticulata × C. sinenesis ) ) were investigated during leaf chlorosis symptom occurrence. The results showed that tufted shoots and ' rib' yellow mottles among leaf veins from new shoots of shiranuhi obviously appeared, leaf area, chlorophyll a + b content in chlorotic leaves were both significantly lower than those of normal leaves, whereas, carotenoid content was significantly higher in ehlorotic leaves than in normal leaves. Similar decreasing trends of Zn contents were found in leaves and fruits from shiranuhi and ponkan ( Citrus reticulate Blanco ), from July 20 to September 20, Zn content was significantly lower in leaves from shiranuhi than from ponkan (p= 0. 015, 〈0.05, = 0. 022), and was at low level at September 20. Between the two cultivars, change trends in contents of Cu, Mn and Mg in leaves and fruits, leaf Fe, B and K, and fruit Ca contents were relatively accordant, however, no obvious relationships were observed on Zn dynamics, in addition, during fruit enlargement, remarkable decreases were detected for K and B in fruits from shiranuhi, but remained relatively stable from ponkan, leaf Ca were accumulated obviously from ponkan, while changed little from shiranuhi. At September 20, Ca and Mg were significantly lower in leaves from shiranuhi than from ponkan (p = 0.02, = 0. 031 ), and were at low levels too. Thus, mineral elements uptakes were influenced by leaf chlorosis of shiranuhi, which had direct relationship with relatively lacking Zn, and was also closely related to relatively low levels of Ca and Mg.
