摘  要:光通过二维金属亚波长孔(孔的直径不超过入射光波长的一半)阵列(TDMSHA)时,由于入射光与金属表面自由电子的电荷密度波发生共振耦合作用,会在特定的波长内表现出窄带透射增强。TDMSHA对光具有的透射增强与滤波特性在纳米光学、光电子、化学传感和生物物理上都有着十分重要的潜在应用。文中回顾了该特性的研究历史,详细地阐述了其发生的物理机理,对近十年来该特性在机理、材料、结构等方面的研究进展作了总结,对其前沿研究热点和应用前景分别进行了分析与展望。When light passes through two-dimensional metallic subwavelength hole (hole diameter being not more than half of the incident light wavelength) arrays(TDMSHA), because of the resonant coupling between the incident light and the charge density wave of free electrons in metallic surface, the transmission of narrow-band light waves within the specifically wavelength is enhanced. The characteristics of both transmission enhancement and filtering of TDMSHA have an important potential application in fields ranging from nano-optics, optoelectronics to chemical sensing and biophysics. The research history of this characteristics was reviewed, its hysical mechanism was described in detail, the research progresses on its physical mechanism, materials, structures and other aspects in the nearly ten years are summarized, as well as the forefront of research focus and the application prospects are analysed.
