摘  要:实验研究了竹基活性炭对葛根素的吸附性能。实验结果表明,煤质活性炭和竹基活性炭均能有效吸附分析葛根素,且乙醇浓度为60%是洗脱效果比较好。竹基活性炭的无机杂质(如Fe和Al)含量低,更适于应用在天然产物及药物等的分离和提纯领域。In this paper, the adsorptive properties of Puerarin from kudzuvine root by bamboo activated carbons were studied. The static adsorption tests showed that the coal-based and bamboo-based activated carbons were used effectively for adsorption of Puerarin. At the alcohol concentration of 60%, a better desorption was obtained. Compared to coal-based samples, bamboo activated carbon had lower inorganic contents (like Fe and Al elements), which was more suitable for application in separation and purification of natural products and herbs.
