摘 要:通过原位化学沉积法将聚苯胺(PANI)均匀地沉积在多孔活性碳(AC)表面,得到AC-PANI纳米复合材料.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅立叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱对样品的形貌及成分进行表征,将得到的复合材料组装成电化学超级电容器,进行电化学的循环伏安和恒流充放电测试。结果显示,在1 M的硫酸溶液中复合材料的比容量达到240 F/g,较纯粹的活性碳(120 F/g)提高将近一倍。For the first time, polyaniline was coated on the surface of porous carbon powders by in-sute chemical deposition which used MnO2 and V2O5 as oxidant. The microstrueture and component of the obtained materials were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Fourier Transform infrared (FHR) spectroscopy. The electrochemical performances of the samples were tested by cyclic voltammogram and galvanostatic charge/discharge by assembling the materials into electrochemical supercapacitors. The results showed that the specific capacitance increased to 240 F/g, compared to 120 F/g for pure carbon electrodes after they were modified by polyaniline.
