摘　　要：目的:建立糖胃宁胶囊中生物碱类成分的含量测定。方法:采用HPLC法对糖胃宁胶囊中有效成分胡椒碱进行含量检测。结果:胡椒碱达到良好分离,在测定范围内线性良好,回收率均在96%～101%之间。结论:本测定方法简便可行、重复性好,可用于本制剂中有效成分的含量测定。Objective：To establish a method of HPLC assay for determining pipeline in Tangweining Capsule. Methods：The effective components in Tangweining Capsule were determined by I-IPLC. Results：The resolution and the linearity were free with the recovery rate of piperine 98.93%, RSD=2.30%.Conclusion：The quantitative method for determinating the ingredients of Tangweining Capsule is simple ,feasible and repeatable, and is beneficial for quality control of Tangweining Capsule.
