摘　　要：欧里庇得斯的《美狄亚》是一部盟誓的背叛与惩罚的悲剧,对美狄亚而言,神的律条是最高可以上诉的法庭,她的杀子不仅是平息由过去带来的愤怒,同时更是希望将遵守盟誓的美德推及未来。其悲剧是从古希腊神话世界向文明世界过渡的必然产物。Medea by Euripides is a tragedy about the oaths and betrayal. The rule of old gods is the supreme court to appeal for Medea. Her killing of the son is not only to ease the anger from the past, but also to extend the virtue of oath to the future. Her tragedy is unavoidable due to the transition from the mythological world to the civilized world in ancient Greek.
