摘 要:以超甜玉米自交系P13、P2、P0、P8为材料,研究了影响愈伤组织诱导的关键因素。结果表明.基因型是影响超甜玉米幼胚愈伤组织诱导的关键因素,P13、P2比P8、P0较易诱导愈伤;幼胚长为1-2mm时,胚性愈伤诱导率最高;2,4-D抑制芽生长,NAA促进芽生长,P13在高浓度的2,4-D(10mg·L^-1)配合高浓度的NAA(5或7mg·L^-1)情况下能够得到较理想的愈伤组织;P2在2,4-D与L-Pro配合使用情况下均有较高的愈伤诱导率和胚性愈伤率。We report effect of the factors on super sweet corn immature embryo callus induction, which was analyzed by using super sweet corn inbred lines P13, P2, P0, and P8 as material. Our results show that super sweet corn genotypes is the key factor responsible for affecting callus induction. P13 and P2 are better induction materials than P8 and P0; when the length of embryo between 1-2 mm is the best time for the highest inducing frequency of embryoid-callus; 2, 4-D could inhibit bud growth, while NAA could promote bud growth; P13 has the highest rates of embryoid-callus induction, when the 2, 4-D is 10 mg·L^-1 and NAA is 5 or 7 mg·L^-1; P2 has a higher rate of callus induction when adding 2, 4-D and L-proline together.
