几种水基金属清洗剂的质量分析

摘　　要：为控制路内企业使用的清洗剂的质量，对丰台机务段近年来使用的几种水基金属清洗剂进行了质量分析。在试验室内用标准金属试片和人造油污模拟试验分析。结果表明，目前使用的水基金属清洗剂在洗净力、腐蚀性、浮油性等主要指标方面良莠不齐。其中，有两种产品质量较好，可作为推广产品；有一种产品仅对黑金属质量良好，而对有色金属有腐蚀性；还有一种产品质量不合格。因此，在引入清洗剂之前必须抽检其产品质量，以保证企业的效益。For the controlling the quality of detergent used by the unites in the railway system,we have done the analysis of the quality of the several kinds of water base metal detergents used by Fengtai locomotive maintenance service unit.We did the modal tests of the standard metal testers and the man made oil pollutants.The results showed there were many differences in the mine standards as cleaness ,corrosion and oil floatage on water base metal detergents.Among these detergents,there are two better quality products that they can be approved as qualified products;out of these,the one is used well to black metal but is corrosive to nonferrous metal,the other is unqualified.Hence,before the using detergents,the quality of the products must be checked,this procedure is essential to client enterprises under the Ministry of Railway.
