摘  要:采用自制的高温拉伸机研究了Ti-33Al—3Cr—0.5Mo合金双态组织的高温变形。结果表明,在适当的变形工艺条件下,在970℃获得了高达194%的延性。研究认为,品界和晶内位借运动作为重要的协调机制,促进了晶界滑动的顺利进行。热变形中的微观缺陷易产生于γ相晶粒与α2/γ为层片晶团构成的晶界处。A Selfmade high-temperature tensional machine was used to study the deformation of duplex microstructure of Ti-33Al-3Cr-0.5Mo alloy at elevated temperature. The results indicated that 194% elogation was obtained under the condition of proper deformational process at 970℃. It was thought that the dislocation motion in grains and grain-boundaries, as an important coordination mechanism, promoted the development of grain-boundary sliding. The micro-defect in the hot deformational specimen was easy to occur in the boundaries between γ-phase grains,and α2/γ lamella colonies.
