祛风除湿药酒质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的:完善祛风除湿药酒质量标准。方法:采用HPLC鉴别祛风除湿药酒中的栀子、秦艽,测定栀子中栀子苷的含量及马兜铃酸A的限量。结果:栀子苷在0.0481～0.7215μg线性关系良好(r=1.0000)。平均回收率为99.8%,RSD=0.79%。马兜铃酸A在0.0238～0.2976μg线性关系良好(r=1.0000)。平均回收率为98.4%,RSD=2.73%。结论:鉴别重复性好,专属性强,栀子苷含量测定及马兜铃酸A限量检查方法简便、准确。Objective： To establish quality standard of Qufeng Chushi medicinal liquor. Methods： The HPLC were applied to identify Fructus Gardeniae and Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae and to determine jasminoidin content in Fructus Gardeniae and aristolochic acid A limit in Herba Aristolochiae Mollissimae. Results： The linear range of jasminoidin was 0. 048 1 -0. 721 5μg（r = 1. 000 0）, the average recovery was 99.8% with RSD of 0. 79%. The linear range of aristolochic acid A was 0. 023 8 - 0. 297 6μg（ r = 1. 000 0）, the average recovery was 98.4% with RSD of 2. 73%. Conclusion： Identification methods are reproducible and specific, the detection method is simple and accurate.
