摘　　要：目的探讨外伤性基底节区出血患者的临床特点和病理机制。方法分析我院1995至2006年外伤性基底节区出血患者25例。结果其中手术治疗17例,保守治疗8例;手术组死亡5例,保守组死亡2例。结论外伤性基底节区出血因其出血部位的特殊性,其治疗预后较差。Objective To investigate pathophysiologic mechanism and clinical characterize with the traumatic basal ganglia hemorrhag. Methods To analysis 25 cases with traumatic basal ganglia hemorrhag from 1995 to 2006. Results Of which 17 cases of surgical treatment, 8 cases of conservative treatment; surgical group five cases of death, two cases of death of the conservative group. Conclusion Traumatic basal ganglia hemorrhage bleeding site because of its specificity, its treatment of poor prognosis
