Portal Hypertension Splenomegaly Is not Always Associated with Hematocytopenia

摘　　要：It was usually believed that splenomegaly definitely associates with hematocytopenia. However, we found that 31 out of 309 cases with portal hypertension splenomegaly did not appear hematocytopenia by observing 309 patients＇ clinical data.
