摘　　要：针对数控低速走丝线切割机床的断丝问题,分别从设备、操作方法、工件材质及工艺方面分析了断丝故障的原因及处理方法,这些方法能在实际加工中切实有效地减少断丝的发生。Aimed at the wire break problem in numerical control low speed wire cutting machine, the text analysed the failure cause and di method during work process for breaking electrode wire from equipment,operator,workpiece material quality and technics aspects. To solve the problem, these methods could effectively reduce the occurring of wire break in practice working.
