摘 要:将经硬脂酸钠、油酸钾等表面改性的氢氧化镁晶须与PVC塑料混炼制得氢氧化镁晶须/PVC复合材料,研究了氢氧化镁晶须含量及分布状态对PVC材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:表面改性氢氧化镁晶须能均匀地分布于PVC塑料中;当氢氧化镁晶须的含量达到30%时,所得复合材料的综合力学性能最佳,其中弹性模量较纯PVC塑料提高了41.18%,达到0.24GPa。氢氧化镁晶之所以能增强PVC材料的力学性能,主要是由于均匀分布的晶须承担了应力在复合材料中的传递。Mg(OH) 2 whiskers that are surface-modified by sodium stearate and potassium oleate and PVC plastics were made into an Mg(OH) 2 whiskers/PVC composite. The effect of Mg(OH) 2 whiskers'content and distribution on PVC's mechanical properties were studied. The results show that surface-modified Mg(OH) 2 whiskers can be distributed homogeneously in PVC plastic; when the Mg(OH) 2 whiskers amount to 30% of the composite,the PVC composite has the best mechanical properties, with the elastic modulus improved by 41.18% compared with that of pure PVC plastics, and reaching 0.24 GPa. The main reason for this is that Mg(OH) 2 whiskers that are uniformly distributed assume the load transfer in the composite.
