摘 要:环境安全是盾构施工中最重要的问题之一,盾构施工过程中引起的地表沉降与变形、地下管线变化及对地面建筑物的影响是造成环境安全的主要问题。为保证盾构施工中地面变形达到最小、地下管线和地面建筑物不遭到破坏,必须采取有效的地面沉降控制技术以及地面建筑物和地下管线的保护技术。在天津地铁穿越蝶桥公寓1号住宅楼段的施工中,合理地优化了施工参数,采取各种技术措施,有效地组织施工,确保了地面沉降及倾斜符合预控范围,最大沉降量仅为-12.55mm,最大倾斜仅为万分之四,建筑物无裂缝发展,达到了保护蝶桥公寓及其周围环境的安全要求。Environment safety is one of the most important problems for shield driving. Surface subsidence and deformation, pipeline replacement caused by shield driving and its influence on ground buildings are major problems of environment safety. In the shield driving of Tianjin metro through Dieqiao apartment No.l, construction parameters were reasonably optimized, various kinds of technical measures and effective construction organization were adopted, in consequence, land surface subsidence and inclination were in the pre-controlled range, the maximum subsidence was just - 12.55mm, and the maximum inclination was just 4/10 000, the building was not cracked, the safety demands for protecting the building and environment were satisfied.
