摘  要:以晨鸣造纸厂污水中的活性污泥为材料,采用平板划线方法从中共分离出菌株22株,其中细菌14株,放线菌2株,酵母菌5株,霉菌1株。以CODCr值来计算不同菌株的降解率,从而筛选出降解能力较强的菌株。结果表明,晨明造纸厂污水的主要降解菌是细菌,其次是酵母菌,其中X3、X2、X4和J1的降解率较高,分别达到46.70%、45.72%、40.01%和39.39%;各菌株进入指数生长期的时间相差不大,在28℃处理条件下,达到最高降解能力的时间均为闷曝处理24h左右。A total of :22 strains were isolated in the sewage from Chenming paper mill by the method of streak plate, among which there werel4 bacteria strains, 2 actinomycete strains, 5 saecharomyce strains and 1 mildew strain. The strains with a high degradation capability were screened out in terms of the degcadation rates of different strains by the method of CODcr, which are strain X3(46.70% ), X2( 45.72% ), X4(40.01% ) and J1(39.39% ). The bacterium was the main kind in the sewage from Chenming paper mill. Different strains could get the highest degradation rate at 28 degrees C after high temperature treatment for about 24 hours.
