摘 要:在水介质中用过硫酸钾作引发剂制备了羧甲基纤维素(CMC)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)的接枝共聚物(CMC-g-MMA),合成水泥复合材料的偶联剂。实验得到最适合的反应条件。共聚物采用傅立叶红外光谱,扫描电镜,热重分析,X射线衍射进行表征。并采用X射线散射能量分析测量共聚物中羧甲基纤维素和甲基丙烯酸甲酯结构单元的比例。结果表明,MMA被接枝到CMC结构单元上,产物的微观形貌发生变化。热分解温度与CMC相似,但热分解行为发生变化。接入MMA单元后,CMC的结晶度明显下降。由EDXA测得接枝聚合物分子中甲基丙烯酸甲酯与羧甲基纤维素结构单元之比为3.89。Graft copolymer of carboxyl methyl cellulose (CMC) and methyl methacrylate(MMA) was prepared by the use of potassium persulfate in homogeneous aqueous medium. The graft copolymers were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectra (FTIR), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and Thermogravimetric analyses (TGA), X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD). In addition, the graft rate was measured by energy-dispersive x-ray analysis (EDXA) method. Results showed that MMA was grafted to CMC and, the microscopic appearance of the graft copolymer was changed. Decomposition temperature of the graft copolymer was similar to that of CMC, but the thermal decomposition behavior changed. The crystallinity of CMC decreased obviously after MMA grafting onto CMC. EDXA results indicate that mol ratio of MMA to CMC monomer is 3.89 in the grafted copolymer.
