摘　　要：论文在分析城市交通基础设施PPP项目经济特性、价格特征及存在问题的基础上,从PPP项目产品或服务价格形成机制、价格形成过程等角度探讨了城市交通基础设施PPP项目产品或服务价格的形成机理,以实现公众、私营投资者和政府三方"三赢"的目标,促进项目的健康发展。Based on the analysis to the economic peculiarities, price nature and existing problems of urban transportation infrastructure Public-Private Partnership （PPP） projects, this paper explored the price mechanism of urban transportation infrastructure PPP projects from the aspects of PPP project price formation mechanism and the formation process of the product or service price so as to achieve win-win-win object for the public, private investor and the government and to promote health development of the projects.
