摘　　要：目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和血管生成素在斑秃患者皮损处的表达情况。方法:取新鲜斑秃患者皮损和正常人头皮行冰冻切片,采用免疫组化的方法检测VEGF和血管生成素蛋白的分布和表达。结果:人毛囊的毛乳头、真皮鞘,皮脂腺等处均表达VEGF和血管生成素蛋白。斑秃患者此两种因子表达明显低于正常对照(P<0.05),且表达强度与斑秃严重程度呈负相关。结论:VEGF和血管生成素表达下调可能与斑秃的发病有关。Objective： To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial cell growth factor （VEGF） and angiogenin in the lesions of alopecia areata （AA）. Methods： The skin specimens of AA lesions and normal scalp were taken and frozen sections were used for immunohistochemical examination to determine the distribution of VEGF and angiogenin protein in AA lesions and the controls. Results： VEGF and angiogenin protein could be found in the dermal papilla, the dermal sheath and the sebaceous glands. A significantly lower levels of VEGF and angiogenin in AA lesions were shown （P〈0.05）, and a negative correlation between the intensity of expression and the severity of AA was found also （OR=0.25）. Conclusion： The decreased VEGF and angiogenin expression may be associated with the pathogenesis of AA.
