摘 要:将钢渣砂等体积取代河砂配制砂浆,研究了钢渣砂砂浆的流动性能及其在80℃水热加速养护条件下的膨胀性能。结果表明:钢渣砂砂浆拌合物的需水量随钢渣砂掺量的增大而呈线性增加;在整个龄期内砂浆的线性膨胀率,随钢渣砂掺量的增加都不同程度的增大,其膨胀率的增长率随龄期的增长先是小幅度地逐渐减小而后快速增大,钢渣砂的掺量越大,钢渣砂砂浆膨胀开始加速的龄期越短。In this paper,the fluidity and expansive characteristic under 80 ℃ hydrothermal condition of mortar exerted by steel slag sand partially replacing sand are investigated. The results indicate that the water requirement of mortar mixtures linearly increases as the addition of steel slag sand increases;the volume linear expansion ratio also rises in different degree with the increase in amount of steel slag sand during the whole cured age ; with the growth of age , the increased rate of expansion ratio decreases gradually with small amplitude previously and increases rapidly later; the more the steel slag sand in mortar is, the shorter the time of the mortar's acceleratory period of expansion will be .
