HPLC同时测定病窦灵口服液中淫羊藿苷和丹酚酸B的含量

摘　　要：目的建立一种反相高效液相色谱法，同时测定病窦灵口服液中的2种有效成分。方法采用Alltech C18柱，乙腈（A）-0．2％冰醋酸（B）溶液梯度洗脱，流速1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长270nm，柱温30℃。结果采用HPLC检测制剂中丹酚酸B和淫羊藿苷的含量，其线性关系良好，线性范围分别为：25．81～413．0μg·mL^-1，2．97～59．36μg·mL^-1，丹酚酸B回收率为99．77％，RSD为0．5％；淫羊藿苷回收率为100．1％，RSD为2．3％。结论本测定方法简便可行、重复性好，可用于制剂的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for simultaneously determining effective components in Bindouling oral liquid by RP-HPLC. METHODS HPLC analysis was performed on Alltech C18 column （250 mm×4. 6 mm, 5 μm ） with a mixture of acetonitrile （A） and 0. 2% acetic acid-water（B） as mobile phase in gradient mode. The column temperature was set at 30℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 with the wavelength at 270 nm. RESULTS The two effective components could be detected by this method, and their contents could be determined. A good linearity of salvianolic acid B, icariin was in the range of 25.81 -413.0μg · mL^-1 ,2. 97 -59. 36μg · mL^-1 ,respectively. The average recoveries were 99. 77% and 100. 1% with RSD of O. 5% and 2.3% , respectively. CONCLUSION The method is simple, feasible and reliable. It can be used for the quality control of Bindouling oral liquid.
