摘　　要：对DF8系列多功能浆料与PVA及其他替代PVA的同类产品的性能与应用效果进行比较分析后表明,DF8系列多功能浆料在高档纯棉及部分涤棉品种上浆中,可完全不用PVA;在取代PVA后,可进一步改善浆纱品质,提高织机效率,并进一步降低用浆成本。充分体现新型接枝变性淀粉优良的上浆性能与性价比优势,为企业降本增效提供了一条新途径。The performance and application of DF8 - series multifunctional sizing agent are compared with those of PVA and PVA similar products. The analyzing results show that DF8 - series multifunctional sizing agent can be starched on the high - grade pure cotton and some polyester/cotton blended products instead of PVA. It can further improve the quality of starching, the effeciency of weaving machine and even reduce the sizing cost. Also, it embodies the high sizing performane and cost advantage of the new grafting modified starch and offers enterprises a new approach to reducing cost and improving effeciency.
