摘  要:通过在样品表面上预制孔穴的方法,研究了激光诱导等离子体辐射的增强效应。实验过程中,采用高能量钕玻璃脉冲激光器(1064nm,6J,0.7ms)烧蚀土壤样品。在预制小孔参数分别为0.8mm、1.0mm、1.2mm直径和0.8mm、1.0mm、1.2mm深度的条件下,测量了激光诱导等离子体的光谱强度和信背比。实验结果表明,利用小孔对激光等离子体的约束作用,明显地增强了等离子体的辐射强度。实验确定的优化条件是,预制0.8mm直径和1.0mm深度孔穴,采集第二个脉冲激发的等离子体辐射,可以获得较高质量的激光光谱。Enhancing effect of laser-induced plasma radiation was investigated by the way of prefabricating hole on the sample surface. A high-energy neodymium glass pulse laser (1064nm, 6J, 0.7ms) was used to ablate soil sample in the experimental process. The spectral intensity and signal-to-background ratio were measured under the different hole parameters which are 0.8 mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm diameter and 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm depth respectively. Experimental results show that the radiation intensities of the plasma were increased by the confining role of the small hole on the laser plasma. The optimal condition determined through the experiments are to prefabricate hole of 0.8mm diameter and 1.0mm depth, and collect the plasma radiation excited with second pulse, the laser spectra of higher property can be obtained.
