摘  要:背景:青光眼是一种常见的不可逆的致盲性眼病。激光手术为其治疗增加了一条新的途径。目的:为了克服现阶段青光眼传统外科手术的一些弊端和验证CO_2激光巩膜切除联合虹膜切除术的有效性与安全性。材料和方法:用于CO_2激光巩膜切除联合虹膜切除的青光眼激光手术系统,40只成年新西兰大白兔。将40只兔按照随机数字表法分成5组。兔右眼行CO_2激光巩膜切除联合虹膜切除术,兔左眼行传统小梁切除术。结果:术后,激光组前房反应明显小于传统手术组,传统手术组的功能性滤过泡明显减少,术后7到60天,激光组和传统组间的平均眼压存在统计学差异(p<0.05),激光组在术后的并发症少。对于兔眼CO_2激光巩膜切除联合虹膜切除是安全、易实施且有效的手术方式。Background: Glaucoma is a common eye disease that can lead to irreversible blindness. Laser surgery added a new therapeutic modality. Objective: To cure glaucoma avoiding drawbacks of traditional glaucoma operation, and to study the effi ciency and safety of CO2 laser sclerectomy with iridectomy. Materials and Method: A developed CO2 glaucoma surgery system for laser selerectomy with iridectomy was applied. A total of 40 New Zealand white rabbits were recruited. All rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups . The right eye of each rabbit was treated with CO2 laser Sclerectomy with Iridectomy, and the left eye was treated with traditional trabeculectomy. Intraocular pressure (IOP), anterior reflects, filtering bleb and pathology were evaluated. Results: Anterior chamber reaction of laser group was lower than that of traditional surgery group, functional filtering bleb number in traditional surgery group is fewer than laser group.. There was significant difference (p〈0.05) in post treatment mean decrease in intraocular pressure (IOP) between the laser group and traditional group from 7th day to 60th day. Compared with the traditional group, fewer complications were found in laser group. CO2 laser sclerectomy with iridectomy seems to be a safe, easily performed, and effective procedure to rabbit eye.
