摘 要:针对脱水型动态水力旋流器设计了正交试验方案,分析了原油含水率、介质温度、入口流量、转筒转速、分流比对脱水型动态水力旋流器分离性能影响的主次关系及各影响因素的适用范围。试验分析表明,原油含水率、入口流量、转筒转速对分离效率影响更为显著。The orthogonal test was designed to study dewatering dynamic hydrocyclone. Logical progression of effect which the factors, such as water concentration of crude oil, medium temperature, flow rate of inlet pressure, the rotation speed of rotor and the fractional flow rate had on the separation performance of dewatering dynamic hydrocyclone was analyzed, and the sphere of application of above-mentioned influential factor was also studied. It was concluded from the test that water concentration of crude oil, flow rate of inlet pressure and the rotation speed of rotor had more marked influence.
