摘 要:采用三维电极深度处理城市污水处理厂二级出水,探讨了三维电极的各要素(粒子电极配比、极板间距、电流密度等)对去除二级出水中CODMn的影响。利用正交试验比较各影响因素的相对权重,得到最佳处理条件:粒子电极配比为9∶1、极板间距为9.0 cm、电流密度为4.4mA/cm2、电解时间为20 m in,该条件下对CODMn的去除率达到70%,优于常规三级处理工艺和曝气生物滤池/过滤工艺。Three-dimensional electrode was used to treat the secondary effluent from municipal sewage plant, and the influence of various factors of three-dimensional electrode on CODMn removal was investigated. The factors include proportion of particle electrode, plate distance, electrical current density and electrolytic time. Orthogonal experiment was used to compare the relative weights of the factors, and the optimal experiment conditions were obtained. Under the optimal conditions of 9 : 1 proportion of particle electrode, 9.0 cm plate distance, 4.4 mA/cm^2 time, the removal rate of CODMn reaches 70%. The electrical current density, and 20 min electrolytic three-dimensional electrode process is better than conventional tertiary treatment process and biological aerated fiher ( BAF).
