摘　　要：文章选择自1987年到2006年我国申请的中药专利数据,按照中药专利申请的年份、内容、权利归属进行了统计分析,并运用k-means动态样品聚类分析法对我国中药发明专利技术申请进行分析,以了解我国中药专利的申请情况,在此基础上有针对性地提出我国中药专利保护的相应对策,以促进我国中药和中药专利保护的发展。This paper chooses the Chinese traditional medicine patent data filed by our country from 1987 to 2006, statistically analyzes according to the year, the content and the right ascription of the Chinese traditional medicine patent application, analyzes the patent technology application of the Chinese traditional medicine invention by the method of k - means dynamic sample duster analysis to know the status of the Chinese traditional medicine patent application and based on this proposes corresponding countermeasures to protect the Chinese traditional medicine patent so as to promote the development of the Chinese traditional medicine and the Chinese traditional medicine patent protection.
