摘　　要：围绕图书馆产生与发展的历程,依据不同发展阶段读者需求与图书馆自身供给之间的矛盾,借鉴换位思考方式,理清图书馆、读者、馆员三者之间的平衡关系。参考文献4。Surrounding the course of the emergence and development of libraries, this paper straightens out the relationships among the libraries, readers and librarians according to the contradiction between the readers＇ needs and the libraries＇ supply at different development stages. 4 refs.
