摘　　要：公共图书馆是一个国家国民素质提高的文化阵地,是一个民族文化塑造的重要场所,是面向所有国民提供信息资源的重要场所。但是,在网络环境下,公共图书馆受诸多因素的影响,使得信息资源并不能为所有国民所共享,本文意在探讨造成这种现象的主要原因及实现信息资源共享的解决机制。参考文献7。Public libraries are the Cultural positions to improve the national quality and important places to mold the national culture and provide information resources for all the people. However, under the network environment, influenced by a number of factors, the information resources of public libraries can＇ t be shared by all the people. This paper discusses the main reasons and settlement mechanism to realize information resources sharing. 7 refs.
