摘  要:目的:研究比较北豆根提取物及刺五加提取物对小鼠血液流变学的作用。方法:实验一小鼠分别给予浓度为0.25g·ml^(-1)和1.0g·ml^(-1)的北豆根提取物,实验二小鼠分别给予浓度为0.25g·ml^(-1)和1.0g·ml^(-1)的刺五加提取物(n=12,ig),连续给药3周,并设生理盐水组和维生素E组作为对照。血细胞分析仪进行常规血细胞测定,荧光偏振法测定红细胞膜流动性和微粘度。结果:北豆根提取物可使平均血细胞容积(MCV)显著降低,血小板数量(PLT)显著升高,低浓度北豆根可显著增加红细胞数量(RBC),高浓度北豆根可显著降低白细胞数量(WBC);低浓度北豆根可显著增加红细胞膜流动性,降低微粘度,而高浓度北豆根的作用不明显。高浓度刺五加提取物可显著性增加血小板数量(PLT)及红细胞膜流动性,降低微粘度,低浓度刺五加的作用不明显。结论:一定浓度的北豆根提取物及刺五加提取物可以增加红细膜流动性,从而降低血液粘度,改善血液流变学指标。Objective: To study the effect of Rhizoma Menispermi and Acanthopanax senticosus extracts on blood rheological changes in mice. Method: The No. 1 experiment: two groups of mice were administrated by different doses of Rhizoma Menispermi extracts (0.25,1.0g·ml^-1 ,n = 12 ,ig) for 3weeks. The No. 2 experiment: two groups of mice were administrated by different doses of Aeanthopanax sentieosus extracts (0.25,1.0g·ml^-1, n=12,ig) for 3week. Normal salt and vitamin E were set as controls. Blood ingredients were determined by blood cell analyzer, and erythroeyte membrane fluidity and microviscosity were measured by fluorescence polarization technique. Result: Compared to the control group, Rhizoma menispermi extract decreased MCV and increased PLT significantly, RBC count was raised in low group, WBC count was decreased in high group; The erythrocyte membrane fluidity was increased and microviscosity was decreased in low group, but there was no significant change in high group. Acanthopanax senticosus extracts increased PLT count and LFU,lowered the microviscosity significantly in high group, but there were no significant change in low group. Conclusion: Certain concentration of Rhizoma menispermi and Acanthopanax senticosus extracts can significantly increased erythrocyte membrane fluidity, decreased blood viscosity and hemorheology factors are improved.
