高效液相法色谱测定复方小儿退热栓中胆红素的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立复方小儿退热栓中胆红素含量的测定方法。方法:色谱柱:Hypersil C_(18)(150mm×4.6mm,10μm),流动相:二甲基亚砜-乙腈-0.5mol·L^(-1)醋酸铵缓冲液(用冰醋酸调pH为5.3)(6:6:7),流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长:452nm。结果:胆红素在0.020～0.100mg·ml^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.3%(RSD为1.1%)。结论:本法简便、快速、灵敏、准确、重复性好,可作为复方小儿退热栓中胆红素的质量控制标准。Objective： To establish a method for determination the content of bilirubin in compound children tuire suppositories. Method： The Hypersil C18 column （ 150mm × 4.6mm, 10μm）was used, the mobile phase was acetonitrile -dimethyl sulphoxide -0.5 mol·L^-1 ammonium acetate buffer solution （ adjust the pH to 5.3 with glacial acetie acid ） （6： 6： 7）, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 ,and the detection wavelength was at 452nm. Result： Bilirubin showed good linear relationship within the range of 0. 02 -0.10mg·ml^-1 , the average recovery was 98.30% with RSD of 1.1%. Conclusion： This method is simple, quick, accurate, and repeatable. It can be used for determination the bilirubin in this preparation.
