某白钨矿浮选工艺研究

摘　　要：介绍了某地高硫白钨矿石浮选药剂条件试验研究。在磨矿细度-200目占70％-75％的磨矿条件下，预先脱硫浮选，再常温浮选白钨，得到白钨精矿品位62．87％，回收率为84．33％。结果表明，此选矿工艺可有效处理该地区高硫白钨矿石。Flotation reagent condition tests were conducted. Flotation tests were made on a high-sulfur scheelite. Under the condition of grinding fineness -200 mesh 70% -75%, a flotation desulfurization test was conducted in advance and then flotation of scheelite was carried out at atmospheric temperature. It achieved a scheelite concentrate with a grade of 62.87% and a recovery of 84.33%. The results indicated that this beneficiation process could deal with the high-sulfur scheelite in this area effectively.
