摘　　要：某船舶柴油机汽缸体螺杆发生断裂,要求在不拆卸且不损伤柴油机汽缸体的情况下进行原地机械加工修配。通过对工艺装备可行性分析,提出设计维修工艺,升高了镗孔机的工装,同时为保证镗削的质量,提高镗杆刚度,设计了专用的中支撑镗杆套,成功地取出了柴油机汽缸体内残留的断头螺杆。The screw of diesel cylinder was broken, it is required for on-site machining repair without disassembling the diesel engine and damaging the cylinder. By analyzing the feasibility of technology and equipment, a reasonable repair process was put forward. The boring machines and equipment were increased. In order to ensure the quality of the boring and enhance the stiffness of the boring bar,a dedicated support in the middle of the boring bar was designed. Finally, the broken screw residue in the body of cylinder diesel engine was successfully removed.
