辣木精油对黑腹果蝇寿命及SOD和MDA的影响

摘　　要：研究了辣木精油对果蝇寿命及各代果蝇体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的影响。结果表明,各浓度组果蝇的半数死亡时间、平均寿命及平均最高寿命均较对照组长(P<0.05或P<0.01);随着喂饲时间增长和浓度的增加,果蝇体内的SOD活力明显增强,MDA含量明显下降。辣木精油具有高度抗氧化能力,可清除体内自由基,使果蝇寿命延长。The effects of Moringa oleifera oil on life-span and antioxidation system of Drosophila melanogaste was studied in this paper. Median lethal dose （LD50）, life-span, superoxide dismutase activity and maleic dialdehyde content in Drosophila melanogaster were evaluated after had been administrated moringa oleifera oil orally. The results revealed that the LD50, mean life-span and mean maximum life-span were better than the control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ） and the obvious increasing SOD activity and decreasing MDA content （P〈0.05） were observed with increased concentration of Moringa oleifera oil and time prolonged. As a result, Moringa oleifera oil had the ability of antioxidation and free radical scavenging which could increase the lifetime of Drosophila melanogaster.
