摘  要:对分离自东北蔬菜保护地土壤的一株拮抗菌株HVG60进行了形态学特征、培养特性、生理生化特征分析以及分子生物学鉴定。结果表明,链霉菌HVG60菌落圆形,气丝稀疏不发达,顶端直线型、大环状或松散敞环螺旋状,基丝发达,多分支;聚类分析表明,菌株HVG60与教酒链霉菌、拒霉素链霉菌、美浓链霉菌、纳塔尔链霉菌和橄榄产色链霉菌的同源性均较高,达98%,但又有所差别,最终将菌株HVG60确定为链霉菌属的一个新种,命名为瓜类链霉菌。The morphological, cultural, physiological, biochemical and bio-molecular characteristics of the strain HVG60 isolated from the soil samples of greenhouse in the Northeast of China were analyzed. The results showed that the colony of the strain HVG60 was round, the aerial mycelia were sparse with straight head, big ring or loose spiral forms. The substrate mycelium developed well and had branches. The homology analysis showed that its 16S rDNA shared 98% identity with Streptomyces chartreusis, S. resistomycificus, S. minoensis, S. natalensis, S. olivochromogenes. But its culture characters, morphological, physiological, biochemical and bio-molecular characters were different from them. As a result, the strain HVG60 as a new species of genus Streptomyces, Streptomyces cucumarinurn sp. nov. was identified.
